Backflow happens when contaminated water flows back into your clean water supply usually caused by pressure changes or faulty valves. With this backflow it caused cracks in the concrete from the settling of the water and the change in temperature.
Here at Collins Commercial Services we came in and repaired the backflow and certified it. Then we came in and did a full replacement of the cracked concrete to prevent further deterioration.
