I had a great experience when Collins installed two a/c units and air handlers. However, your customer service has been infuriating! You cancelled a service appointment, after waiting 3-1/2 hours. I rescheduled for first thing in the morning, and no tech. I was informed a supervisor moved my appointment without notifying me and here I sit, 2-1/2 hours after my appointment and still no tech! Do better! If a customer is told someone will be there at a certain time, make it happens! Do better!
